Day:-1 - Guwahati – Shillong

Arrive at Guwahati International Airport, where you will be greeted and picked up for your journey to Meghalaya.
En route, stop to admire the scenic Umiam Lake.
Continue your journey to Shillong and check in at your accommodation to refresh and relax.
Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day:-2 - Shillong – Mawphanlur (West Khasi Hills)

After breakfast, drive towards the beautiful village of Mawphanlur in West Khasi Hills. Enjoy the gentle breeze and breathtaking views of rolling hills bathed in golden hues during sunset. Marvel at the panoramic views of Lum Kyllang, Lum Symper, Mawten / Mawkyrwat, Lum Nohkrek, Rambrai, Mawdoh, and even the Himalayas in the distance. Overnight stay at Mawphanlur.

Day:-3 - Mawphanlur – West Khasi Hills – Nongkhnum River Island

Post breakfast, explore the lesser-known destinations, waterfalls, and grasslands of South West Khasi Hills. Drive to Nongkhnum River Island, the largest river island in Meghalaya and the second-largest in Asia after Majuli Island in Assam. Enjoy activities like boating, fishing, camping, or simply basking in the sun on the beautiful sandy beach. Overnight stay at a guest house.

Day:-4 - South West Khasi Hills – Pynursla

After breakfast, depart from the West Khasi Hills towards Pynursla, known for its captivating waterfalls. Visit the serene Wah Rymben Falls, an offbeat destination with stunning natural beauty. Explore the Mawphlang Sacred Forest along the way. Overnight stay at a homestay in Pynursla.

Day:-5 - Pynursla – Sohra – Cherrapunjee

Early in the morning, start the adventurous trek to U Mawryngkneng, crossing the crystal-clear Umrew River via a C-shaped bamboo bridge. The trek continues through rugged terrain and scenic views, with bamboo bridges stretching over steep ridges. After the trek, proceed to Cherrapunjee (Sohra) for an overnight stay.

Day:-6 - Cherrapunjee – Nongriat

After breakfast, drive to Tyrna Village and begin the trek to the famous Double Decker Root Bridge in Nongriat. Enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of hills and valleys along the route. Visit the spectacular waterfalls: Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, and Weisawdong Falls. Overnight stay at Nongriat.

Day:-7 - Nongriat – Shnongpdeng

After breakfast, trek to the beautiful Rainbow Waterfalls (a 2-hour trek). Drive to Dawki for an overnight stay, where you can enjoy boating and swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River. Spot the India-Bangladesh border in Dawki.

Day:-8 - Shnongpdeng – Jowai

After breakfast, explore the stunning Shnongpdeng, located in the scenic Jaintia Hills. The Umngot River adds to the village’s natural charm, making it a must-visit location. Engage in adventure activities like boating, river rafting, kayaking, and cliff jumping. Travel back to Jowai for an overnight stay.

Day:-9 - Jowai – Guwahati

After breakfast, visit the majestic Krangsuri Falls and bask in its beauty. Head back to Guwahati in the afternoon. Tour Ends.

Booking & Payment Conditions

Tour prices are printed in our brochures. The client must book a tour with 40% of an initial deposit out of the total tour cost per person or tour package. This initial deposit amount is not refundable or nontransferable in the event of cancellation.
The client must pay the balance amount 30 days before the date of departure of the tour. If the client fails to pay the balance amount within the stipulated time, then the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled and the entire initial deposit will be forfeited and the passenger shall not be entitled to a refund of the same.
Payments can be made online using our secured net Banking/RTGS/NEFT/CHEQUE/Demand Draft to be payable in the name of “BANDHAN TOURISM”. On payment of the deposit amount, you will be given an official receipt from Bandhan.

Tickets, Hotel, Vouchers, Transport Vouchers and Tour Documents will be issued 6 days before the date of departure.

If the client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of reasons such as personal commitments, being unable to pay the balance payment, illness, accident or death, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client.
