Day:-1 - Bagdogra Airport/ NJP to Gangtok (125km/4.30hrs)

Meet our representative at NJP Railway Station, Bagdogra Airport, or Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand for transfer to Gangtok (125 km / 4.5–5 hours).
Check in at the hotel and get familiar with your surroundings.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Meals: Lunch - Dinner

Day:-2 - Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir Day (45km/2hrs)

After breakfast, visit Tsomgo Lake (40 km), a snow-covered lake home to migratory birds like Brahmini ducks.
Visit Baba Mandir, a revered site near Tsomgo Lake.
Optional: Visit Nathu La Pass (20 km) at additional cost, subject to permits.
Return to Gangtok in the evening, with leisure time for shopping or exploring M.G. Road.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day:-3 - Drive from Gangtok to Lachen (125km/5hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Lachen (135 km, 5-6 hours) via Chungthang, where lunch will be served.
Lachen (2,750 meters) offers stunning views of snow-capped peaks and attractions like Shingba Wildlife Sanctuary, Gurudongmar Lake, and Chopta Valley.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy welcome tea.
Spend the evening exploring the charming Lepcha Village.
Overnight stay in Lachen.

Day:-4 - Excursion to Gurudongmar Lake & Transfer to Lachung (65km/2.30hrs)

Early morning drive to Gurudongmar Lake (55 km, 2.5–3.5 hours), a sacred site surrounded by snow-covered peaks and a cold desert landscape.
Return to the resort for lunch, then head to Lachung (50 km, 2 hours).
En route, enjoy scenic views of Rhododendron forests, Chopta Valley, and Thangu.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel.
Spend the evening visiting Lachung Monastery.

Day:-5 - Sightseeing at Yumthang and Transfer to Gangtok (170km/6hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Yumthang Valley (Valley of Flowers) at an altitude of 3,564 metres (11,800 feet). Visit the famous hot springs, known for their medicinal properties.
In winter, enjoy the valley's stunning snow-covered views.
Return to the resort for lunch, then proceed to Gangtok.
Check into your hotel upon arrival.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day:-6 - Gangtok Sightseeing (Half Day) and Transfer to Pelling (125km/4.30hrs)

After breakfast, visit the Directorate of Handicrafts, Research Institute of Tibetology, Chorten, and the Flower Show.
Drive to Pelling (125 km, 3.5–4.5 hours) and check in at your hotel.
Evening at leisure.
Overnight stay in Pelling.

Day:-7 - Pelling Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit Rimbi Waterfalls, Rimbi Rock Garden, Kechopalri Lake, Kechopalri Monastery, Kanchenjunga Waterfalls, Pemayangtse Monastery, and Rabdantse Ruins.
Enjoy panoramic views of the Kanchendzonga ranges.
Return to the hotel by evening and enjoy free time to explore the helipad or local shopping areas.

Day:-8 - Transfer to Darjeeling (70km/3hrs)

After breakfast, proceed to Darjeeling (120 km, 3.5–4 hours) via Jorethang, enjoying scenic landscapes along the River Teesta.
Darjeeling is situated at an altitude of 2,123 metres (7,001 feet) and is renowned for its tea gardens and breathtaking views of Mount Everest.
Check into your hotel upon arrival.
The evening is free for leisure activities.
Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day:-9 - Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

Start early at 3:45 AM for a drive to Tiger Hill (2,440 metres / 8,000 feet) to witness the sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak.
En route back, visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace Memorial, and Batasia Loop.
After breakfast, proceed with a half-day city tour, including visits to Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre, Tea Estates, Natural History Museum, and Peace Pagoda.
Return to your hotel by evening.
Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day:-10 - Departure (70km/2.30hrs)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
Transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), Bagdogra Airport (IXB), or Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) for your onward journey (105 km, 3.5–4 hours).

Rules for Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

Permits are issued on the day of the visit (8:00 AM–9:00 AM). Guests may need to wait at the Tsomgo stand.
If permits are not issued due to weather or military restrictions, alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
Guests may cover Nathula Pass at an additional cost (INR 5,000–6,000 per vehicle) but must submit ID and photos at least 10 days before the journey.

Rules for Nathula Pass

Visits are subject to defence department permissions, weather, and road conditions.
Nathula is open Wednesday to Sunday and not recommended for guests with blood pressure, knee, or heart issues.
In case of closure, alternate sightseeing will be provided without refunds.

Monument Information

Gangtok local tours are not recommended on Sundays or national holidays as most places remain closed.
HMI and the zoo in Darjeeling are closed on Thursdays and national holidays.

Required Documents

One passport-sized photo per guest.
One photocopy of a photo ID (passport, driving licence, or voter ID; PAN and Aadhaar are not accepted).
Original photo ID for verification.
Double vaccination certificate.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour or travel service with us. By booking with Bandhan Tours, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% booking amount must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
Full payment must be completed at least 15 days prior to the departure date.

2. Cancellation Policy
General Cancellation Terms:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to operation@bandhantours.com.
Cancellations will be considered effective from the date they are received and acknowledged by our team.
If eligible, refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined below and may take up to 30 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment.

Cancellation Charges:
Cancellation fees per traveller will be based on the number of days before the tour departure, calculated from the date we receive the written cancellation request.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned in each tour itinerary.
Anything not specifically mentioned as “included” is considered excluded.

4. Changes in Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or operational constraints.
No refunds will be provided for unused services or facilities.

5. Transportation & Accommodation

Transportation and hotel categories will be as per the tour itinerary.
Room upgrades or vehicle changes may be possible at additional cost.
Room allotment is at the sole discretion of the hotel.

6. Responsibilities

Bandhan Tours acts only as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from delays, accidents, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Documents & Identification

A government-approved photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) is mandatory for all travellers at the time of booking and check-in.
Children must carry valid proof of age.

8. Health & Safety

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for the journey.
Please inform us in advance of any special requirements or medical conditions.

9. Punctuality

Guests must be ready at the designated departure time each day.
The company vehicle will not wait for latecomers.
Any services missed due to personal delays will be at the guest’s expense.

10. Non-Refundable Components

Certain services—such as flight tickets, visa fees, insurance, or specially contracted hotel rates—may be non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
These will be specified at the time of booking.

11. Partial Cancellations

If one or more travellers in a group cancel, the pricing for the remaining participants may be revised.

12. Tour Cancellation by Bandhan Tours Pvt. Ltd.

Minimum Participation:

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation or other unforeseen reasons.
In such cases, a full refund will be provided, excluding non-recoverable costs.

Force Majeure:

If the tour is cancelled due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions), we will refund all recoverable costs after deducting non-refundable expenses.

13. Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request, subject to all required documentation.
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

14. Changes & Amendments

Requests to change travel dates, destinations, or participant names are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per supplier policies.

15. No-Show Policy

Failure to join the tour or being absent at the start will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
