    Your Chamba tour package begins in Amritsar. Upon arrival at the airport or railway station, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel for check-in.

    Proceed for a sightseeing tour of Amritsar, visiting Jallianwala Bagh, the Golden Temple, and Durgiana Temple.

    Post lunch, drive to Wagah Border to witness the flag-lowering ceremony at the Indo-Pak border. Afterward, return to Amritsar, explore the local markets, and stay overnight at your hotel.

    After breakfast, embark on a scenic road journey to Dalhousie, enjoying breathtaking mountain views along the way.

    Upon arrival in the evening/afternoon, check into your pre-booked hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure or take a nature walk around Gandhi Chowk. Overnight stay at a hotel in Dalhousie.

    After breakfast, set out on a sightseeing tour of Dalhousie and Khajjiar.

    En route, visit popular attractions such as:

    Upon reaching Khajjiar, explore Khajji Lake, a picturesque meadow surrounded by deodar trees. Often referred to as the ‘Mini Switzerland of India’, Khajjiar sits at an altitude of 6,450 ft and features a floating island in the middle of the lake.

    Return to Dalhousie in the evening and take a leisurely stroll through The Mall Road at Gandhi Chowk. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

    After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Chamba, an ancient town in Himachal Pradesh known for its rich medieval heritage.

    En route, visit Chamera Dam, which impounds the Ravi River and is a major hydroelectric project in the region. You may also enjoy a boat ride in the dam’s reservoir.

    Upon arrival in Chamba, explore:

    • Chamunda Mata Temple
    • Lakshmi Narayan Temple
    • Bhuri Singh Museum
    • Chowgan (Chamba’s main open ground)

    Later, drive back to Dalhousie for an overnight stay.

    After breakfast, check out and depart for Dharamshala, enjoying stunning views of the Dhauladhar Mountain Ranges along the way.

    Arrive in Dharamshala by evening and check into your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure for your own activities. Overnight stay in Dharamshala.

    After a leisurely breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Dharamshala.

    • Naddi Village – Sunset Point
    • Dal Lake (a sacred Buddhist lake)

    Continue towards McLeod Ganj, where you will visit:

    Later, explore McLeod Ganj Market (The Mall) for shopping. Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay.

    After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive back to Amritsar. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.

    Booking & Payment Conditions

    1. Tour prices are printed in our brochures. The client must book a tour with 40% of an initial deposit out of the total tour cost per person or tour package. This initial deposit amount is not refundable or nontransferable in the event of cancellation.
    2. The client must pay the balance amount 30 days before the date of departure of the tour. If the client fails to pay the balance amount within the stipulated time, then the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled and the entire initial deposit will be forfeited and the passenger shall not be entitled to a refund of the same.
    3. Payments can be made online using our secured net Banking/RTGS/NEFT/CHEQUE/Demand Draft to be payable in the name of “BANDHAN TOURISM”. On payment of the deposit amount, you will be given an official receipt from Bandhan.
    Tickets, Hotel, Vouchers, Transport Vouchers and Tour Documents will be issued 6 days before the date of departure.
     
    If the client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of reasons such as personal commitments, being unable to pay the balance payment, illness, accident or death, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client.

    Cancellation charges per person

    1. Primary cancellation
    2. 15% of the initial deposit amount
    3. On or before 30 days prior to the departure of the tour
    4. The initial deposit amount or 25%, whichever is higher
    5. 29-15 days prior to the departure of the tour
    6. 50% of the total tour cost
    7. 14 days or less prior to the date of departure of the tour
    8. 75% of the total tour cost
    9. 10 days or less prior to the date of departure of the tour or a “No Show” on the tour
    10. 100% of the total tour cost
