Day:-1 - Arrival in Guwahati – Kamakhya Temple Visit (18km/30 Min.)

Arrive at Guwahati Airport and receive a warm traditional welcome.
Check in at the hotel and refresh.
Visit the Mata Kamakhya Devi Temple (Mukh Darshan).
Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Guwahati.

Day:-2 - Guwahati to Shillong – En Route Umiam Lake (99km/3 hrs.)

After breakfast, drive to Shillong (approx. 3 hrs), the capital of Meghalaya.
En route, visit the picturesque Umiam Lake.
On arrival, explore the Don Bosco Museum and Ward’s Lake.
Check in at the hotel for overnight stay in Shillong.

Day:-3 - Shillong – Mawlynnong – Dawki – Return to Shillong (85km/3 hrs.)

After breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong, Asia’s cleanest village.
Explore the village and enjoy the Sky Walk and Living Root Bridge.
Post lunch, proceed to Dawki, near the India-Bangladesh border.
Visit the crystal-clear Umngot River and suspension bridge.
Return to Shillong for overnight stay.

Day:-4 - Shillong – Cherrapunjee – Return to Shillong (65km/2 hrs.)

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic 1.5-hour drive to Cherrapunjee, famed as the wettest place on Earth.
Visit top attractions including:
- Nohkalikai Falls – One of India’s tallest waterfalls
- Seven Sisters Falls – A breathtaking seven-segmented waterfall
- Mawsmai Caves – Limestone caves with natural formations
- Ramakrishna Mission – A centre for education and spirituality
- Eco Park – Offers panoramic views of the plains of Bangladesh

Return to Shillong for overnight stay.

Day:-5 - Shillong – Kaziranga National Park (230km/6hrs.)

After breakfast, depart for Kaziranga National Park (approx. 6–7 hrs drive), renowned for its rich biodiversity.
Kaziranga is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to:
- The world’s largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses
- Tigers, elephants, wild buffaloes, panthers, and numerous bird species
In the evening, visit a local tea garden to experience Assam’s tea culture.
Overnight stay at a resort in Kaziranga.

Day:-6 - Jungle Activity at Kaziranga National Park – Guwahati (250km/4.30hrs.)

Rise early for an exciting Elephant Safari in the Bagori Range, offering a close encounter with Kaziranga’s famed one-horned rhinoceroses and other wildlife.
After breakfast, continue the adventure with a Jeep Safari in the Central Range, known for diverse flora and fauna.
Post-safari, freshen up and drive to Guwahati (approx. 5–6 hrs).
In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise on the majestic Brahmaputra River.
Overnight stay in Guwahati.

Day:-7 - Guwahati – Departure (18km/30min.)

After breakfast, check out and visit Sri Shankardeva Kalakshetra, a cultural institution showcasing Assam’s rich heritage, art, and lifestyle.
If time permits, explore the local markets of Guwahati for souvenirs and regional specialties.
Later, transfer to Guwahati Airport for your onward journey, carrying cherished memories of Northeast India.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour or travel service with us. By booking with Bandhan Tours, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% booking amount must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
Full payment must be completed at least 15 days prior to the departure date.

2. Cancellation Policy
General Cancellation Terms:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to operation@bandhantours.com.
Cancellations will be considered effective from the date they are received and acknowledged by our team.
If eligible, refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined below and may take up to 30 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment.

Cancellation Charges:
Cancellation fees per traveller will be based on the number of days before the tour departure, calculated from the date we receive the written cancellation request.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned in each tour itinerary.
Anything not specifically mentioned as “included” is considered excluded.

4. Changes in Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or operational constraints.
No refunds will be provided for unused services or facilities.

5. Transportation & Accommodation

Transportation and hotel categories will be as per the tour itinerary.
Room upgrades or vehicle changes may be possible at additional cost.
Room allotment is at the sole discretion of the hotel.

6. Responsibilities

Bandhan Tours acts only as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from delays, accidents, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Documents & Identification

A government-approved photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) is mandatory for all travellers at the time of booking and check-in.
Children must carry valid proof of age.

8. Health & Safety

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for the journey.
Please inform us in advance of any special requirements or medical conditions.

9. Punctuality

Guests must be ready at the designated departure time each day.
The company vehicle will not wait for latecomers.
Any services missed due to personal delays will be at the guest’s expense.

10. Non-Refundable Components

Certain services—such as flight tickets, visa fees, insurance, or specially contracted hotel rates—may be non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
These will be specified at the time of booking.

11. Partial Cancellations

If one or more travellers in a group cancel, the pricing for the remaining participants may be revised.

12. Tour Cancellation by Bandhan Tours Pvt. Ltd.

Minimum Participation:

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation or other unforeseen reasons.
In such cases, a full refund will be provided, excluding non-recoverable costs.

Force Majeure:

If the tour is cancelled due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions), we will refund all recoverable costs after deducting non-refundable expenses.

13. Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request, subject to all required documentation.
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

14. Changes & Amendments

Requests to change travel dates, destinations, or participant names are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per supplier policies.

15. No-Show Policy

Failure to join the tour or being absent at the start will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
