Upon arrival in Guwahati, proceed for Darshan at the sacred Kamakhya Devi Temple. Later, visit the Srimanta Sankardeva Kalakshetra – a cultural centre that beautifully showcases the life and traditions of the Assamese people.

After a delicious breakfast, drive to Manas National Park (approximately 170 km, 5 hours). If time permits, enjoy an evening safari or unwind at the hotel amidst the tranquil surroundings of the park.

Begin your day with an early morning elephant safari, followed by breakfast at the hotel. Later, embark on your first jeep safari (approx. 2.5 hours). After lunch, set out on another exciting jeep safari before returning to the hotel for a peaceful overnight stay.

Start the day with a morning safari before heading to Nameri National Park (approx. 240 km / 5 hours). Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and visit the Pygmy Hog Foundation to learn about this rare and endangered species. Overnight stay at Nameri.

After breakfast, enjoy an exhilarating 13 km river rafting experience over the course of three hours. Keep an eye out for elephants, tigers, and other wildlife. Post-lunch, embark on a guided nature trek with experienced naturalists and forest guards. Return to the hotel in the evening to relax and unwind.

After breakfast, drive to the nearby Pakke National Park (approx. 2 hours). Known for its rich biodiversity and hornbill conservation efforts, Pakke offers a truly unique wildlife experience. Upon arrival, check into the eco-lodge and enjoy an afternoon safari. Overnight at the lodge.

Start with an early morning trek or safari to further explore Pakke’s natural wonders. Post-breakfast, depart for Kaziranga National Park (approx. 4 hours). After arrival, relax at the hotel or take a leisurely walk along the Brahmaputra River, perhaps even visit nearby tea gardens. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Begin the day with an early morning safari through Kaziranga’s enchanting woodlands, where the mist and tall grasslands create a magical setting. After breakfast at the hotel, head out for a jeep safari into the park’s core zone. Post-lunch, continue with another jeep safari in the Western range, visiting the Donga observation point. Return to the hotel for a restful night.

After breakfast, depart for Shillong, also known as the ‘Scotland of the East’ and the capital of Meghalaya. En route, visit Umium Lake – the largest man-made lake in North East India. Later, visit the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians, Polo Ground, Don Bosco Museum, and Ward’s Lake – a popular spot for garden walks and boating. Overnight in Shillong.

After an early breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong, renowned as the cleanest village in the world. Enjoy the skywalk and marvel at the living root bridge. After lunch, proceed to Dawki, a border town that serves as a trade route with Bangladesh. Drive past deep gorges and ravines for a truly thrilling experience. View the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River and the single-span suspension bridge. Later, return to Shillong for the night.

After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee, famously known as the wettest place on Earth. The scenic route winds through misty pine forests. Explore the Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Caves, Ramakrishna Mission, Eco Park, and Thangkharang Park. Return to Shillong for an overnight stay.

Post-breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Guwahati. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. In the evening, you may opt for a sunset river cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra (optional, at extra cost). Overnight in Guwahati.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Time permitting, visit the local markets of Guwahati for some last-minute shopping. Later, transfer to Guwahati Airport with memories to cherish forever.

Booking & Payment Conditions

  1. Tour prices are printed in our brochures. The client must book a tour with 40% of an initial deposit out of the total tour cost per person or tour package. This initial deposit amount is not refundable or nontransferable in the event of cancellation.
  2. The client must pay the balance amount 30 days before the date of departure of the tour. If the client fails to pay the balance amount within the stipulated time, then the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled and the entire initial deposit will be forfeited and the passenger shall not be entitled to a refund of the same.
  3. Payments can be made online using our secured net Banking/RTGS/NEFT/CHEQUE/Demand Draft to be payable in the name of “BANDHAN TOURISM”. On payment of the deposit amount, you will be given an official receipt from Bandhan.
Tickets, Hotel, Vouchers, Transport Vouchers and Tour Documents will be issued 6 days before the date of departure.
 
If the client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of reasons such as personal commitments, being unable to pay the balance payment, illness, accident or death, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client.

  1. Primary cancellation
  2. 15% of the initial deposit amount
  3. On or before 30 days prior to the departure of the tour
  4. The initial deposit amount or 25%, whichever is higher
  5. 29-15 days prior to the departure of the tour
  6. 50% of the total tour cost
  7. 14 days or less prior to the date of departure of the tour
  8. 75% of the total tour cost
  9. 10 days or less prior to the date of departure of the tour or a “No Show” on the tour
  10. 100% of the total tour cost
