Day:-1 - Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad - Guwahati by Air (18km/30 Min.)

Arrive at Guwahati Airport.
Receive a warm traditional welcome and assistance from our representative.
Transfer to the hotel and check in.
Refresh and proceed to visit the Mata Kamakhya Devi Temple for darshan.
Overnight stay in Guwahati.

Day:-2 - Guwahati - Shillong by Road (99km/3 hrs.)

After breakfast, proceed to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya, also known as “The Scotland of the East.”
En route, visit Umium Lake, the largest manmade lake in Northeast India.
After a ~3-hour drive, arrive in Shillong.
Visit the Don Bosco Museum and Ward’s Lake, known for garden walks and boating.
Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day:-3 - Shillong – Mawlynnong – Dawki – Shillong (85km/3 hrs.)

Wake up early and, after breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong, recognized as the cleanest village in the world.
Experience the Skywalk and enjoy the spectacular view of the Living Root Bridge.
After lunch, drive to Dawki, the gateway to Bangladesh, known for major export and import transactions.
Enjoy a thrilling drive through deep gorges and ravines.
Visit the Umngot River, which forms the natural boundary between Ri Pnar (Jaintia Hills) and Hima Khyrim (Khasi Hills), and see the single-span suspension bridge.
Return to Shillong for an overnight stay.

Day:-4 - Shillong – Cherrapunji (65km/2 hrs.)

After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunji, known as the wettest place in the world.
Enjoy a scenic 1.5-hour drive through pine trees and mist to reach Cherrapunji.
Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Caves, Ramakrishna Mission, and Eco Park.
Return to Shillong for an overnight stay.

Day:-5 - Shillong – Kaziranga National Park (230km/6hrs.)

After breakfast, proceed to Kaziranga National Park, located in the heart of Assam.
Kaziranga covers an area of 430 sq km and is home to the world’s largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses, along with tigers, elephants, panthers, bears, and thousands of birds.
In 1985, Kaziranga was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its unique natural environment.
In the evening, visit a nearby tea garden.
Overnight stay at a resort in Kaziranga.

Day:-6 - Jungle Activity at Kaziranga National Park

Wake up early and proceed to the Central Range (Kohora) for an elephant ride.
Return to the hotel for breakfast, followed by leisure time.
In the evening, enjoy a jeep safari in the Central Range and a local cultural program (subject to availability).
Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

Day:-7 - Kaziranga National Park – Dirang (225km/6 hrs.)

After breakfast, drive to Dirang.
En route, visit the Tipi Orchidarium, a glasshouse with over 7,500 orchids.
Overnight stay at a hotel in Dirang.

Day:-8 - Dirang – Tawang (135km/4.30 hrs.)

In the morning, admire the beautiful Dirang Valley, overlooking the river and inhabited by colourful tribes.
Proceed towards Sela Pass (13,703 ft) and spend some time by Paradise Lake.
On arrival in Tawang, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Tawang.
Meals: Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day:-9 - Tawang

After breakfast, visit Madhuri Lake and the China Border, offering splendid views of the valleys.
Explore the War Memorial.
Spend the evening shopping or at leisure.

Day:-10 - Tawang - Bomdila (180km/6hrs.)

After breakfast, visit Tawang Monastery, founded in the 17th century by Mera Lama Lodre Gyaltso, a contemporary of the fifth Dalai Lama.
Drive to Jang for a breathtaking view of waterfalls.
Pay homage at Jaswant Garh Indo-Chinese War Memorial.
Proceed downhill to Bomdila.
Spend the evening at leisure or shop in the local market.
Overnight stay at a hotel in Bomdila.

Day:-11 - Bomdila – Guwahati (280km/7.30 hrs.)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Guwahati.
Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.
Enjoy a sunset river cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra.
Overnight stay in Guwahati.

Day:-12 - Guwahati Airport

After breakfast, visit Sri Shankardeva Kalakshetra, a cultural centre showcasing the life and culture of Assam.
Check out from the hotel and, if time permits, explore the local market in Guwahati.
Later, drive to Guwahati Airport with beautiful memories.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour or travel service with us. By booking with Bandhan Tours, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% booking amount must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
Full payment must be completed at least 15 days prior to the departure date.

2. Cancellation Policy
General Cancellation Terms:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to operation@bandhantours.com.
Cancellations will be considered effective from the date they are received and acknowledged by our team.
If eligible, refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined below and may take up to 30 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment.

Cancellation Charges:
Cancellation fees per traveller will be based on the number of days before the tour departure, calculated from the date we receive the written cancellation request.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned in each tour itinerary.
Anything not specifically mentioned as “included” is considered excluded.

4. Changes in Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or operational constraints.
No refunds will be provided for unused services or facilities.

5. Transportation & Accommodation

Transportation and hotel categories will be as per the tour itinerary.
Room upgrades or vehicle changes may be possible at additional cost.
Room allotment is at the sole discretion of the hotel.

6. Responsibilities

Bandhan Tours acts only as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from delays, accidents, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Documents & Identification

A government-approved photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) is mandatory for all travellers at the time of booking and check-in.
Children must carry valid proof of age.

8. Health & Safety

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for the journey.
Please inform us in advance of any special requirements or medical conditions.

9. Punctuality

Guests must be ready at the designated departure time each day.
The company vehicle will not wait for latecomers.
Any services missed due to personal delays will be at the guest’s expense.

10. Non-Refundable Components

Certain services—such as flight tickets, visa fees, insurance, or specially contracted hotel rates—may be non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
These will be specified at the time of booking.

11. Partial Cancellations

If one or more travellers in a group cancel, the pricing for the remaining participants may be revised.

12. Tour Cancellation by Bandhan Tours Pvt. Ltd.

Minimum Participation:

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation or other unforeseen reasons.
In such cases, a full refund will be provided, excluding non-recoverable costs.

Force Majeure:

If the tour is cancelled due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions), we will refund all recoverable costs after deducting non-refundable expenses.

13. Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request, subject to all required documentation.
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

14. Changes & Amendments

Requests to change travel dates, destinations, or participant names are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per supplier policies.

15. No-Show Policy

Failure to join the tour or being absent at the start will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
