Situated on the banks of the Gogra River, Ayodhya holds immense religious significance as the birthplace of Lord Rama. Bathing in the river is believed to absolve one of their sins. Formerly known as Kosaladesa, Ayodhya is rich in history and culture, with remnants of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Islam. According to Jain tradition, Ayodhya is the birthplace of five Tirthankaras, including Adinath, the first Tirthankara. After sightseeing, return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Ayodhya.

After breakfast, drive to Chitrakoot. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and freshen up. Proceed for a sightseeing tour of Chitrakoot, a town of great mythological significance where Lord Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana spent part of their 14-year exile.

Bodhgaya is one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites for Buddhists, where Gautama Buddha attained enlightenment under the Bodhi Tree. It is considered the foremost among the four main Buddhist pilgrimage sites, along with Kushinagar, Lumbini, and Sarnath. Dinner and overnight stay in Bodhgaya.

After breakfast, perform rituals in Gaya. Gaya holds religious significance across Jain, Hindu, and Buddhist traditions. It is mentioned in the great epics Ramayana and Mahabharata. Rama, along with Sita and Lakshmana, came here to perform the Pind Daan for their father, King Dasharatha, making it a major Hindu pilgrimage site.

Amble through the narrow lanes of the oldest living city, visit ancient mosques and sacred temples. In the evening, witness the mesmerising Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. The ceremony, starting around 5:00 pm, features beautifully choreographed rituals performed by young priests dressed in saffron and white robes. The ritual includes the offering of flowers, oil lamps with snake-hood structures, and synchronised chanting of mantras. Thousands of small oil lamps floating on the river create a magical atmosphere. After the ceremony, return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Varanasi.

Early morning, enjoy a boat ride on the Ganges, a mystical and spiritual experience. Witness devotees offering prayers to the Sun God and taking holy dips at the various ghats. After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Sarnath, located 20 km from Varanasi. Sarnath is where Buddha delivered his first sermon, marking the beginning of Buddhism. Emperor Ashoka later built stupas and monuments here.

Booking & Payment Conditions

  1. Tour prices are printed in our brochures. The client must book a tour with 40% of an initial deposit out of the total tour cost per person or tour package. This initial deposit amount is not refundable or nontransferable in the event of cancellation.
  2. The client must pay the balance amount 30 days before the date of departure of the tour. If the client fails to pay the balance amount within the stipulated time, then the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled and the entire initial deposit will be forfeited and the passenger shall not be entitled to a refund of the same.
  3. Payments can be made online using our secured net Banking/RTGS/NEFT/CHEQUE/Demand Draft to be payable in the name of “BANDHAN TOURISM”. On payment of the deposit amount, you will be given an official receipt from Bandhan.
Tickets, Hotel, Vouchers, Transport Vouchers and Tour Documents will be issued 6 days before the date of departure.
 
If the client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of reasons such as personal commitments, being unable to pay the balance payment, illness, accident or death, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client.

  2. 15% of the initial deposit amount
  3. On or before 30 days prior to the departure of the tour
  4. The initial deposit amount or 25%, whichever is higher
  5. 29-15 days prior to the departure of the tour
  6. 50% of the total tour cost
  7. 14 days or less prior to the date of departure of the tour
  8. 75% of the total tour cost
  9. 10 days or less prior to the date of departure of the tour or a “No Show” on the tour
  10. 100% of the total tour cost
