Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour or travel service with us. By booking with Bandhan Tour you agree to abide by the following:

Booking & Payment

50% For booking amount must
Full payment must be completed 15 days prior to the departure date

Cancellation Policy

In case of rebooking after a cancellation, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as retention fees.
Cancellations made between 20 to 30 days prior to the tour departure will incur a 60% deduction of the total tour amount.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the tour departure will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour cost.
Flight cancellation charges will be as per the respective airline’s terms and conditions.
We recommend reviewing the policy carefully before confirming your booking. For any clarification or assistance, feel free to contact us.
Cancellation by the company: Full refund or an alternate refund in 15 days

Anything not specifically mentioned as “included” is considered excluded.

Changes in Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or operational constraints.
No refunds will be provided for any unused services or facilities.

Transportation & Accommodation

Transport and hotel categories are as per the itinerary. Room upgrades or vehicle changes may be possible at additional costs.
Room allotment is at the sole discretion of the hotel.

Responsibilities

Bandhan Tours acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from delays, accidents, or natural disasters.
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings.

Documents & ID

A government-approved photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.) is mandatory for all travelers at the time of booking and check-in.
Children must carry a valid age proof.

Health & Safety

It is the traveler’s responsibility to be medically fit for the journey. Please inform us in advance of any special requirements or medical conditions.

Punctuality is Key:

Guests must be ready at the designated departure time each day.
Company vehicle will not wait for latecomers.
Any missed services due to personal delays will be at the guest’s own expense.

General Cancellation Terms: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to operation@bandhantours.com . The cancellation will be considered effective from the date it is received and acknowledged by our team. If eligible, refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined below and may take up to 30 working days to appear in the original payment method.

Cancellation Charges: Cancellation fees for each traveler will be applied based on the number of days prior to the tour’s departure, calculated from the date the written cancellation request is received. The applicable charges are as follows:

Non-Refundable Components: Certain services (such as flight tickets, visa fees, insurance, or special hotel rates) may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date. These will be specified at the time of booking.

Partial Cancellations: If one or more travelers cancel in a group booking, the remaining participants may be subject to revised pricing.

Tour Cancellation by Bandhan Tours Pvt Ltd.:

Minimum Participation: The company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of all monies paid will be provided, except for non-recoverable costs.

Force Majeure: If the tour is canceled due to events beyond the company’s control (such as natural disasters, war, pandemic, or government restrictions), the company will refund recoverable costs after deducting any non-refundable expenses.

Refund process:

Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request, subject to receipt of all required documentation.

Mode of Refund: Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment or as otherwise agreed.

Changes & Amendments: Requests to change travel dates, destinations, or participant names are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per supplier policies.

No Show Policy: Failure to join the tour or being absent at the start of the tour will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
