Day:-1 - Arrival at Jammu Airport or Katra Station

Upon arrival in Jammu, the winter capital of the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, our representative will pick you up and assist you throughout the trip. Proceed towards Katra, the base point of Vaishno Devi Temple. Upon reaching Katra, check in at the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Katra.

Day:-2 - Vaishno Devi Darshan

After a restful night, proceed to Mata Vaishno Devi Temple. This is one of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Mata Shakti and the second most visited religious temple in India after Tirupati Balaji Temple. The holy cave of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji is located in the folds of the three-peaked mountain, Trikuta. The trek to the temple is 14 km long, and you may opt for battery-operated cars, palkis, ponies, or helicopter rides at your own expense. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Katra.

Day:-3 - Katra to Pahalgam

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Pahalgam. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. After refreshing, enjoy leisure time or explore the surroundings in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam.

Day:-4 - Pahalgam

After breakfast, visit the nearby valleys of Betaab, Chandanwari, and Aru (accessible only via local taxis as per the Pahalgam Taxi Union regulations). Stroll along the Lidder stream or walk around Aru Village. A walk along the Lidder stream from Aru Village to Pahalgam is highly recommended for nature lovers. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam.

Note: The half-day excursion to Aru, Betaab, and Chandanwari is conducted by local taxis (Tavera/Sumo/Eeco) operating on a fixed schedule set by the Pahalgam Taxi Union.

Day:-5 - Pahalgam to Srinagar

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and travel to Srinagar (91 km). Take a walk around and enjoy the surroundings of Dal Lake. Visit the floating gardens and enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Shop in the evening and enjoy a photo session in traditional Kashmiri outfits (optional). Dinner and overnight stay at a houseboat in Srinagar.

Day:-6 - Srinagar to Gulmarg

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and head to Gulmarg (51 km). Gulmarg is famous for its Gondola cable car ride, the world’s highest and Asia’s longest cable car project. You can enjoy activities like skiing, sledging, ATV rides, and snow bike rides at your own expense. Later, explore the golf course and Strawberry Valley. In the evening, return to Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day:-7 - Srinagar to Sonmarg

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sonmarg (81 km). Known as the "Meadow of Gold," Sonmarg is surrounded by snow-clad mountains that reflect breathtaking views. Visit Thajiwas Glacier (accessible via horse ride at your own expense). Return to Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day:-8 - Srinagar Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit the Shri Pratap Singh Museum, Shankaracharya Temple, and the Mughal Gardens—Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Cheshma Shahi Garden. Spend the evening shopping or relaxing. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Day:-9 - Departure to Srinagar Airport

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Srinagar Airport for your departure, taking sweet memories of Kashmir with you.

Notes

Union taxis are mandatory in certain sightseeing areas.
In case of road closures due to snow or slippery roads, alternate arrangements like snow jeeps will be at an additional cost.
Personal identification (e.g., voter ID, driving licence, passport) is mandatory for travel.
If the mentioned hotels are unavailable, similar category hotels will be provided, subject to availability.
Room heaters in houseboats are available depending on weather conditions.
Please note that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain.

Booking & Payment Conditions

Tour prices are printed in our brochures. The client must book a tour with 40% of an initial deposit out of the total tour cost per person or tour package. This initial deposit amount is not refundable or nontransferable in the event of cancellation.
The client must pay the balance amount 30 days before the date of departure of the tour. If the client fails to pay the balance amount within the stipulated time, then the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled and the entire initial deposit will be forfeited and the passenger shall not be entitled to a refund of the same.
Payments can be made online using our secured net Banking/RTGS/NEFT/CHEQUE/Demand Draft to be payable in the name of “BANDHAN TOURISM”. On payment of the deposit amount, you will be given an official receipt from Bandhan.

Tickets, Hotel, Vouchers, Transport Vouchers and Tour Documents will be issued 6 days before the date of departure.

If the client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of reasons such as personal commitments, being unable to pay the balance payment, illness, accident or death, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client.
