    Terms & Conditions

    • General Cancellation Terms: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to operation@bandhantours.com . The cancellation will be considered effective from the date it is received and acknowledged by our team. If eligible, refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined below and may take up to 30 working days to appear in the original payment method.
    • Cancellation Charges: Cancellation fees for each traveler will be applied based on the number of days prior to the tour’s departure, calculated from the date the written cancellation request is received. The applicable charges are as follows:

    • Non-Refundable Components: Certain services (such as flight tickets, visa fees, insurance, or special hotel rates) may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date. These will be specified at the time of booking.
    • Partial Cancellations: If one or more travelers cancel in a group booking, the remaining participants may be subject to revised pricing.
    • Tour Cancellation by Bandhan Tours Pvt Ltd.:
      • Minimum Participation: The company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of all monies paid will be provided, except for non-recoverable costs.
      • Force Majeure: If the tour is canceled due to events beyond the company’s control (such as natural disasters, war, pandemic, or government restrictions), the company will refund recoverable costs after deducting any non-refundable expenses.
    • Refund process:
      • Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request, subject to receipt of all required documentation.
      • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment or as otherwise agreed.
    • Changes & Amendments: Requests to change travel dates, destinations, or participant names are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per supplier policies.
    • No Show Policy: Failure to join the tour or being absent at the start of the tour will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
