Day:-1 - Arrival in Cochin - Munnar (130 km / 4 hours)

Arrive in Cochin Airport / Railway Station, where our representative will receive and escort you to Munnar, a
picturesque hill station known for its tea plantations. En route, visit the Athirappilly, Valara and Cheeyappara
Waterfalls. Check into the hotel in Munnar and relax for a while. In the afternoon, visit the Tea Museum to learn
about the history and process of tea production. In the evening, you have the option to visit the Blossom International
Park. Dinner and overnight stay in Munnar. (Lunch + Dinner)

Day:-2 - Munnar Sightseeing (45 km)

After breakfast, visit Eravikulam National Park (subject to availability).
Enjoy a short trek and scenic views of the hills.
In the afternoon, walk through tea gardens.
Visit Mattupetty Dam and Kundala Lake.
Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day:-7 - Kovalam - Kanyakumari (80 km/ 2 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India.

Carry a scarf/dupatta for covering the head (for women) at religious sites.

Most temples close between 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, planed accordingly.
Notes: At Padmanabh Swami Temple, men have to wear plain white / black loongi and Ladies have to wear a saree (no specific color)

• If there is no planned hotels availability, we will confirm other similar hotels.
• All hotels are planned in base room category basis.
• No boarding without valid govt ID.
• Your Id will be checked before boarding.
• Any given inclusion not availed by the client will not be refunded in any case. In case of any misconduct
by a client, the agent/group leader/driver immediately terminate the client trip based on the magnitude
of the situation.
• Management shall not take responsibility for the missing items during the trip travelers have to take care
of their belongings & luggage. AC will be switched off on the hills & during the waiting time, also during
the trip it will be driver’s discretion for putting of AC if the road and travel doesn’t support.
• This is for traveler’s safety as the route can be dangerous & vehicle may not be able to pull offload with
running AC.
• Departure time is given & fixed. You have to report by the time it’s on you to update your status to trip
coordinator / driver.
• Anyone missing the bus will not be entertained for refund etc. & it will not be Bandhan Tours
responsibility. We will try to reach you twice before departure.
• This trip does not include any travel insurance covering the expenses for accident, natural calamity,
sickness, loss due to theft or any other reason.
• Bandhan Tours is not Responsible for any delays and alteration in the program or expenses incurred –
directly due to natural hazard, accident & Breakdown of machinery, equipment’s, transport, weather
conditions, sickness, landslides, political closure, or any unwanted incidents.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

Anything not specifically mentioned as “included” is considered excluded.

4. Changes in Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or operational constraints.
No refunds will be provided for unused services or facilities.

5. Transportation & Accommodation

Transportation and hotel categories will be as per the tour itinerary.
Room upgrades or vehicle changes may be possible at additional cost.
Room allotment is at the sole discretion of the hotel.

6. Responsibilities

Bandhan Tours acts only as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from delays, accidents, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Documents & Identification

A government-approved photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) is mandatory for all travellers at the time of booking and check-in.
Children must carry valid proof of age.

8. Health & Safety

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for the journey.
Please inform us in advance of any special requirements or medical conditions.

9. Punctuality

Guests must be ready at the designated departure time each day.
The company vehicle will not wait for latecomers.
Any services missed due to personal delays will be at the guest’s expense.

10. Non-Refundable Components

Certain services—such as flight tickets, visa fees, insurance, or specially contracted hotel rates—may be non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
These will be specified at the time of booking.

11. Partial Cancellations

If one or more travellers in a group cancel, the pricing for the remaining participants may be revised.

12. Tour Cancellation by Bandhan Tours Pvt. Ltd.

Minimum Participation:

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation or other unforeseen reasons.
In such cases, a full refund will be provided, excluding non-recoverable costs.

Force Majeure:

If the tour is cancelled due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions), we will refund all recoverable costs after deducting non-refundable expenses.

13. Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request, subject to all required documentation.
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

14. Changes & Amendments

Requests to change travel dates, destinations, or participant names are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per supplier policies.

15. No-Show Policy

Failure to join the tour or being absent at the start will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
