    • Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Sanur Harbor. Speed boat transfer to Nusa Penida Island. West Nusa Penida Highlights: Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach, Angel’s Billabong, Crystal Bay.     • After breakfast, Full-dayNorth & West Bali sightseeing: Ulun Danu Beratan Temple (Floating temple on Lake Beratan), Handara Gate (Iconic photo stop), Tanah Lot Temple (Famous sea temple, best for sunset views). Return to hotel. Overnight stay in Kuta. (B-L-D)

    • After breakfast, visit the sacred Tirth Ganga Temple and explore its serene surroundings. Spend some time enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and scenic views. The rest of the day is at leisure for personal activities, relaxation, or independent exploration. Overnight stay at the hotel. (B-L-D)

    Terms and Conditions:

    • For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid at least 15 days prior to your date of departure.
    • Any last-moment changes will not be applicable.
    • The Company is Responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
    • If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. As if any passengers, has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
    • If the passenger has any complaints regarding our service like hotels, house boats, transport etc are advised to inform immediately at office so that the same be readdressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after the tour programs.
    • We doesn’t control or own any airlines, ship vessel or bus, sudden change in timing or services by such services attract extra cost, which is to be borne/paid by individual traveler.
    • In the event of an emergency or any unforeseen circumstances that require a guest to leave the tour prematurely, it is understood that all associated costs, including transportation, accommodation, medical expenses, and any other charges, shall be borne by the guest. The tour operator will not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to early departure, and no refund will be provided for unused portions of the tour.
    • Cancellation by the Company                                                                                                   In the unlikely event that Bandhan Tourism cancels a tour due to operational reasons, insufficient participation, or any other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to the company. No additional compensation, interest, or consequential expenses shall be payable.
    • Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances                                                               In case of cancellation or interruption of travel due to accidents, illness, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, political unrest, pandemics, flight disruptions, or any force majeure event beyond the control of Bandhan Tourism, refunds shall be subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers, embassies, and other service providers.
    • Cancellation by the Guest                                                                                                         If a guest chooses to cancel a confirmed international tour booking, the following cancellation charges shall apply:

      All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

      Cancellation charges will be calculated from the date on which the written cancellation request is received and acknowledged by the company.

      Visa fees, airfare, travel insurance, cruise bookings, permits, and other non-refundable services will be charged in addition to the above cancellation charges, wherever applicable.

      Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 30 working days after receiving refunds from the respective service providers.
